How to make Fruit Custard – Fruit Custard kaise banaye

Fruit custard is a simple dessert. It looks delicious, light and flavorful dessert made with creamy custard and fresh fruits. It is filled with the goodness of seasonal fruits.

Fruit Custard

Ingredients needed-

  • Custard Powder
  • Milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Kesar & Elaitchi
  • Fruits- Banana, Pomegranate, Apple, Cherry, Grapes
  • Dryfruits – Raisins, cashews, almonds, Pista

Steps to make Ingredients needed

  1. Take a pan and add 1 ltr. of milk leave them until it boils.
  2. Then take a bowl and put 3-4 spoons of custard powder and 4 spoons of milk inside the bowl and then mix it well.
  3. Then add this mixed custard powder in boiled milk pan and keep stirring on medium flame until it turns yellow/cream colour.
  4. Add vanilla essence, kesar, elaitchi and sugar powder inside it and again stir it.
  5. (Be attentive, if you stop stirring there will be lumps in it.)
  6. After stirring it for almost 5-6 min. turn off the flame and cover the pan with lidn and leave them until it becomes normal.
  7. Now chopp different- different fruits & dry fruits. (as mentioned in ingredients needed)
  8. At last, take a bowl and put custard in bowl and add chopped fruits and dry fruits and then mix it well & enjoy.
    (If you love chilled items then you keep custard in refrigerator for refrigeration process) for at least 1-2hrs.

‘FRUIT CUSTARD’ is ready to eat serve it for your loved ones.
